3.5-Inch - Made to match a wood "2 by 4" in face height, 3.5-inch plastic form boards can be used for sidewalks, walkways, curved pathways, and small patios or pads.

4-Inch -4-inch forms are made to meet the typical standard for concrete thickness.

6-Inch - 6-inch plastic form boards can be used for thicker slabs, sidewalks, patios, and both straight and curved driveways.

12-Inch - Can be used for curb and gutter setups, thicker pads, or stacked to make small walls.
