Plastic Form Boards
Available in 12 and 14 foot lengths, made of polyethylene. Comes in four different heights: 3.5, 4, 6, and 12 inches. All heights are stackable to create any height needed.
One size fit all boards
Camlock Clamps
Designed for 3/4`` round pin stakes. Also fits wood, rebar and other stakes 5/8” or 7/8” sizes. Nylon-fiberglass with UV protection. Recommended to use every 2.5’ to 3’ when board is curved, every 3.5’ to 4’ when board is used straight.

Connector Rods
Approximately 8`` long with screw-stop in the middle. Material is made from schedule 40 PVC pipe

Corner pieces can be used to form inside or outside corners and everything in between with degrees of swing.

Plastiform is especially good for radius work as it can be free-formed to fit any curve up to a 3 foot bend radius on 3.5”, 4” or 6” forms. The 12” can be set to a 4 foot minimum bend radius.
Why Plastiform?
Reusability
Wood can be used only 3-4 times before it becomes warped or twisted. Plastiform can be used hundreds of times for many years.

Environmental
Made in the USA, these forms are made from high density polyethelene with silicon added for easy cleaning. Ultra violet inhibitors are added so the sun doesn’t break the material down. This allows for repeat use many, many years.
